The Unhealthy Menu Donald Trump Orders Every Time He Eats at McDonald’s
Two former campaign advisers to Donald Trump have published a book with some interesting details about the president. Corey Lewandowski and David Bossy talk about the unhealthy menu the businessman ate while fighting for the survival of the USA in ‘Trump and Trump’.
As he explained, when Donald Trump chose to order at McDonald’s, he was clear on what the minimum order should be: two Big Macs, two fried fish burgers, and a chocolate milkshake. As seen on Instagram they forgot to mention whether to order fries and a sweet drink. Menu with a fat content higher than recommended.
The current US President is an outspoken fast food lover. His love of these foods led him to ask White House cooks to copy some of the McDonald’s recipes for which he had come to shoot some of its commercials.
According to The Guardian, the menu requested by Trump at this fast food chain contains 2,420 calories. He also recommended a doctor-recommended intake of about 2,500 calories for the entire day for adult men at a time.
The worst part of this order is the 112 grams of fat in it. They account for 172% of the amount of food Trump should eat every 24 hours. It’s also above sodium, as the McDonald’s menu has 3,470 milligrams of salt, or 144 percent of the recommended daily intake.
