Strange New Worlds’ Drops Action-Filled Trailer of New Series – SKF
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds releases a full promo trailer for the upcoming series. The new Paramount+ series will premiere on May 5 with a 10-episode season.
The two-minute trailer gives a look at the series, brimming with sci-fi action, adventure and a dash of nostalgia. The trailer takes a look at the adventures of Captain Christopher Pike (played by Anson Mount) and the crew of the USS Enterprise, with Rebecca Romjin as Una Chin-Riley and Ethan Peck as Spock.
The show will revolve around the story of Captain Pike of Starfleet before Captain James T. Kirk takes over the ship. The events of the show take place a decade before Star Trek: The Original Series.

The Paramount+ series also stars Christina Chong, Jess Bush, Celia Ross Gooding as Cadet Nyota Uhura, and Melissa Navia. Ahead of its premiere, the show is also expected to have a second season and cast Paul Wesley (The Vampire Diaries actor) as James T. Kirk.
